В рамках программы, клиенту будут начисляться бонусные мили, наличие которых позволит ему в дальнейшем приобретать туры по акционной цене. Оплата тура Travel-милями через другого агента или непосредственно у туроператора невозможна. А это значит, что вы сможете еще сильнее «привязать» к себе своего туриста! Только за 2018 год мы начислили вашим клиентам бонусные мили на сумму 25 000 000 UAH. Чем больше миль окажется в туристической копилке клиента, тем дешевле ему в будущем обойдется приобретаемый тур. Воспользоваться бонусными милями можно с первого дня действия акционной программы. Скидка вычисляется по формуле: 1 000 миль = 100 UAH. Бонусы, накопленные с начала текущего года, можно будет использовать до 31 октября включительно. Для этого турист должен будет обратиться к тому же агенту, у которого уже обслуживался, подтвердить свое согласие на частичную оплату тура милями (о чем указывается в договоре) и приобрести его. Стоит учитывать, что для расчета может использоваться, как суммарное количество миль всех туристов, указанных в одной заявке, так и бонусы одного отдельно взятого клиента. При этом, важно помнить, что таким образом можно оплатить не более 30% стоимости тура. 1 ноября 2018 года стартует новый этап накопления бонусов, а начисленные с начала года, но не использованные туристами до 31 октября, автоматически спишутся. Новыми милями можно будет воспользоваться в течение двух лет. Начисляться они будут в день начала автобусного или авиатура. Клиенты, приобретающие лишь билеты, реализуемые нашей компанией, не попадают под действие программы «TravelProMiles». Не начисляются бонусные мили также детям, которым на момент путешествия не исполнилось 3 года. Важно также учитывать, что возможность использования миль для оплаты не распространяется на другие акционные продукты TPG. Продуктивной работы и благодарных клиентов!
